- Olumide Ajomale is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Trainer, NLP Certifed Master Practioner, Capacity Building Consultant, as well as a Personal Development Coach – with over 20 active training years experience behind him.
- He is one of the foremost Adult Learning Experience (ALE) practitioners in the country. He adopts not-so-conventional training styles. ALE follows from the 80:20 Pareto rule – his sessions are 80% interactive and only 20% instructional. He has featured in numerous training sessions – in and out of Nigeria.
- Olumide once served as Capacity Building Consultant to the LMDGP/World Bank intervention on transforming the Lagos State Public Service Staff Development Centre (PSSDC). He is on the Board of Advisors of The Alpha Institute; conceived and founded the JCI Nigeria Training Institute (a leadership development institute) and served as its Chairman.
