Over Twelve (12) years experience in providing consulting/advisory services and learning interventions across top national and multinational organizations in different industries. He is a skilled consultant, facilitator, and teambuilder.  

He has at different stages led and been involved in strategic engagement projects providing best-in-class solutions including end-to-end TQM solution, business strategy retreats, annual performance reviews, bespoke change management framework, culture roll-outs, leadership integration learning tools with Cranfield University, design of a “Leaders in  Public-Sector” platform, and employee engagement surveys.

He holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Olabisi Onabanjo University, an MA. in Public Policy & Mgt, from the University of Manchester.  He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), and a member of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Institute of Development Administration of Nigeria (IDAN).
