Dear All,

The world is witnessing a growing demand for women's labour. The two sexes are more evenly matched, now that brain power has triumphed over physical strength.

Getting ahead in a Man's World is focused on how to get ahead in the workplace. This applies to both men and women. Organizations have specific cultures with habits that can be supportive or disruptive to other parts of our lives. Being noticed at work or running a business requires both men and women to make adjustments to business culture. This is harder for women because business culture is modelled on male culture.
